May has been busy again, so much to share. So let’s start from somewhere.
No concrete training plan yet, just trying to squeeze something into every week. 13 sessions so far in May, total around 20 hours and ~390 km. Still room for progress as you can see 🙂
I’ve done some running and my knees have “behaved” quite well (knock on the wood now 🙂 ). Also, I ran the Tartu Jooksumaraton, 23 km distance. The plan was just to keep own pace and feel good. Mission accomplished 🙂
